Whether you’re planning a wedding, family reunion, milestone celebration, or private retreat with friends, our full island rental gives you exclusive access to everything Ray Caye has to offer. With space for 40 to 50 guests across 20 accommodations, this is your chance to take over paradise and create unforgettable memories in total privacy.

What’s Included in a Full Island Rental:

  • Ground transfers to/from Placencia Airport and Orchid Ray Marina
  • Round Trip boat transfers to Ray Caye
  • Exclusive use of the island’s 20 accommodations:
    • Oceanfront Villas, Honeymoon Suites, Oceanfront Cabanas, and Island House Rooms
    • Adjoining room options available—let us know your group’s needs
  • Daily breakfast, lunch, and 3-course dinner
  • Local beer and rum drink plan (served until 10 PM)
  • Use of snorkel gear, kayaks, paddleboards, and Hobie Cats
  • Snorkel tour to Silk Caye Marine Reserve
  • Dedicated on-island staff and support throughout your stay

Island Layout – Accommodations

Our 20 rooms include a mix of oceanfront and garden-view spaces, all within easy reach of the sea:

  • Oceanfront Villas (1–3, 10–12): King or twin beds, some with kitchens and private plunge pools
  • Oceanfront Cabanas (4–9): King or two queen beds, some with adjoining rooms or space for a roll-away
  • Island House Rooms (13–18): Garden or partial ocean view, king or twin beds
  • Honeymoon Suites (19–20): King beds, oceanfront with private plunge pools

Some units can accommodate a third guest with a roll-away bed or twin setup. Let us know your group configuration so we can help you plan the best fit.

Event & Booking Notes

  • Minimum 3-night stay required for full island rentals
  • Rate: USD $23,200.00 per night (November through May, up to 40 guests)
  • Additional vendor housing is limited—consider reserving extra rooms for your event team (e.g., planners, stylists, DJ)
  • Bar service ends at 10:00pm. After-hours bar service available upon request (additional fees may apply)
